Rates (based on double occupancy): In season (Dec. 15 -
May 1) Weekly; $875.00, Monthly; $2000.00, Long term (6 months or more); $1000.00 per month plus utilities. Long
term will require contracting with Blue Water Realty (my property manager on island). Off Season (May 2 - Dec. 14) Weekly; $600.00, Monthly $1300.00, Long term (same as above). Note- All short term rentals require a $100.00 cleaning fee and a fully refundable security deposit
of $500.00. Additional guests are extra. Long term rentals require a $100.00 cleaning fee and first
month, last month and a full month security deposit.

This is a short video (less than 2 minutes long) that I made several
years ago when I first moved to Sapphire Village. It shows the east side of Sapphire Beach underwater, followed by a
pan of Sapphire Beach above water. It is only toward the end of the underwater sequence that I finally reach
the beginning of the most beautiful area in our bay (out from and beyond the east point). The video quality
is not particularly good, but it will show you a little more than the page photographs alone. I will eventually improve
this feature by making a better quality video. Caution- If you wish to go beyond the east
point, be aware that moderate to strong currents are often present. If you should encounter this, immediately turn around
and head back toward the beach, and you will swim out of the current. It seems strange to me, but the current seems
to be more likely present in calm conditions as opposed to rougher, wind-driven conditions. The near side (beach
side) of the point is always current free. Note- Depending on your connection speed, this video
may take a few miuntes to load.
