As you walk to the left from the beach pool, you will approach
Sapphire Beach. This is one of the most diverse beaches on either St. Thomas or St. John. Swimming and snorkeling
are excellent here. There is a dive/equipment rental shop where you can rent almost anything for fun in the water.
There is also a convenience store where you can purchase drinks and snacks and a pavilion style bar where they have
live bands and dancing nearly every Sunday afternoon. As a marine photographer, I have photographed many of the species
contained in my publications right here at Sapphire Beach. There is a tremendous diversity of sea life to be experienced.
