The balcony is probably the best feature of this unit. Located at
the highest point above Sapphire Bay, the view is outstanding! The photo shown here is older, but the exterior
wall finish has been changed to smooth stucco and the tile has been changed to a soft blue-grey. There is a round patio
table with two very comfortable cushioned chairs and two extra hard plastic chairs in order to accomodate up to four
people. Because this is a corner unit, you have an archway cut out on the end wall, giving you a great view of
St. John and Tortola (BVI). Being up this high, you receive the benefit of trade winds, making air conditioning almost
unnecessary, especially in the winter months. The balcony is a great place to have dinner or sip a tropical drink after
a hard day of swimming and snorkeling. Note- BBQ'S are not allowed on balconies at Sapphire Village.
I use the BBQ shown in the picture for beach BBQ'S only.
